The Kits Are Alright

I opined a few days ago about the sleek, "adult" look (as opposed to some of the nonsense that MLS and adidas are foisting upon us) that recent MLS export Michael Parkhurst would be sporting for his new Danish club . . .


. . . but I got further confirmation of Danish Kit Design Awesomeness while watching highlights of UEFA Champions' League action last night. Sure, Aalborg's 2-2 result at Old Trafford was impressive, but how about those uniforms?


Sure, somewhat dour monochromatic minimalism isn't everybody's cup of tea, but if you were a DC United fan watching the highlights, seeing Bayern strut their own brand of the stuff last night probably had you itching for RFK, didn't it?
