You're the Front Office: Adjusting the Laser Focus

As promised, it's time to do some post-season reflection on the current state of FBF and see if we can make some roster changes or formation adjustments prior to the 2009 season. Let's kick off with a discussion of the blog's focus. When I started FBF, I was admittedly watching far too much soccer. I've managed to trim that a bit by narrowing my focus and becoming actively involved (ie. writing about the game) rather than just passively absorbing content.

You may have noticed that this meant a reduction in the Euro-coverage and more of a focus on the US domestic scene. I still maintain a strong interest in the English leagues and continent-wide Euro-competitions (mostly UEFA Champions' League), as well as a more tenuous relationship with La Liga in Spain, but by-and-large the rest of my Euro-attention is going to how the various Yanks are doing on the continent.

With that in mind, let's see if we can harness the power of the mob to decide where you, the FBF reader, would like more of this blog's laser-like focus to fall ;-). Remember, Democracy adores the write-in candidate (comments below!) but generally is stacked against him--particularly in a limited democracy with a monarch pulling the strings ;-).
